Here are some interesting 'collars' to crochet, six pattern in fact! Thankfully, the whole 'retro' and 'vintage' look is making a very strong comeback, and no longer would such collars be considered frumpy or old fashioned. www.craftsy.com/blog/2013/11/crocheted-collar-patterns/If you don't have time to crochet, the you can buy simple crocheted collars at SPOTLIGHT, in standard shades: white, ivory or black, and I would presume Lincraft as well. You may even find them on Ebay. These are extremely handy accessories, especially for busy Traditional Catholic women, whether married or single. You can just pin with a small safety pin at the base, or sew yourself a button onto the collar, or you can secure with a more ornate 'clip'. Can also be sewn to an actual garment, if you wish a permanent collar. Would look terrific in strong Autumn and Winter colours too! www.craftsy.com/project/view/crochet-collar-from-lazytcrochet/61981

I can crochet, but not sew, save putting on a button or such. So I'd have lovely collars, but...however, it is an interesting site and I may find some other crochet patterns. Thank you.
